Accountable fitness programming

I’ve been training with Eli for close to 2 years now. Eli and I have transformed the way I feel about myself, my fitness and my “healthspan” – meaning I don’t want to simply grow older, I want to grow more healthy as I grow older.  I also want to focus on the proper way to lift, and not risk injury as my weights increase.
